1. Shipping Partners

At Noruche OPC Pvt Ltd, we p artner with trusted logistics providers, Delhivery and Shiprocket, to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

2. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship within India only. Please note that we are working to expand our shipping destinations in the near future.

3. Shipping Timeframe

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Any promotional offers  n shipping costs will be mentioned at checkout.

 

Return Policy

 1. Return Eligibility

  • Conditions: Returns are accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.

 

 2. Return Process

  • Request a Return: To ini iate a return, please contact us at work@magicalhealings. rg or call us at +91 9811631059 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Logistics Partner: We use Shiprocket for handling returns. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions on how to proceed.

 

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please specify this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

4. Return Shipping Charges

  • Return Fee: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • Deduction from Refund: Any applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

5. Non-Returnable
